H25DA 2WD & 4WD

The Medium range of Mast Explorer machines are intended for the user who requires the ultimate in rough terrain drive, ground clearance and stability, while offering class leading visibility through the mast and the best maintenance access possible.
 
These units utilise the latest Perkins D series motors, giving the latest in performance and emission controls and powering the drive via a Rexroth hydrostatic system, driving through ZF axles complete with limited slip centres.
 
The mast control is operated by the latest “joystick” which incorporates lift and tilt functions and two additional auxiliary attachments, the integrated side shift and a fourth function, when required. The fourth function is plumbed through to the carriage.
 
The mast and steer functions are powered by Parker gear pumps, while steer control is handled by a Sauer Danfoss orbitrol valve.
 
All Medium family units offer easy access to all components and use simple fused electrics and no complicated electronics. 

 
 H30DA

H30DA 2WD & 4WD

As with the other models, safety aspects take prevedence above any other when equipping the H30DA.

The presence sensor in the seat ensures that the motor is not started if an operator is not seated.

The cabin and the engine compartment are noise insulated, the negative parking brake and, of course, the emergency shut-down button.

The features speak for themselves: 3 tonnes of nominal capacity, all terrain forklift truck, provided with a turbo diesel, 4 cylinder (for the 4x4), 45,5 kW (61 cv) engine and 3,15 m length, 1,6 m width and only 2,16 of maximum height dimensions, makes it perfect for all market demands.

For those users that require less total height, Mecano Continental, S.A has manufactured the FARM version. This version with a total height of no more than 2.100 mm , enables access to the interior of garages and containers, thus broadening the possibilities of the EXPLORER.

Mast Explorer has considered our clients needs and requirements and has incorporated the automatic starter in all its range of products so that the diesel engine responds to the most demanding requirements right from the start.
 
To prevent problems related to the hydraulic oil and fuel tank, these are protected with safety key and pre-filter plugs in order to avoid any impurity from entering. The valve protector on the wheels and double lock in the top or the vertical air exhaust with spark blowout act in a similar fashion: they guarantee all Mast Explorer owners that their work is supported by the market´s most advance technology.
